Our Client is currently recruiting for a Hydraulic Sales Executive to join their Leeds branch, which is part of a wider company, with their head office based in Gloucester.
There are five divisions in total with 4 regional branches to serve the local markets in Gloucester, Birmingham, Durham, and Leeds. It is the Leeds branch that has an opening for an internal hydraulics salesperson
Our Client distributes top branded hydraulic components for over 50 years and has strong strategic partnerships with most top hydraulic brands, including Danfoss and Parker Hannifin
The successful candidate will be supported by the company, to develop the skills and knowledge needed for personal development as well as to help grow the Leeds branch and the HES brand in general.
The Hydraulic Sales Executive will be provided with the ongoing training and development required to ensure that they will be equipped to fully support the external sales effort, to speak with existing and prospect customers and drive increased revenue for the division.

The ideal candidate will
Have excellent customer service skills
Experience in basic hydraulics or other relevant engineering experience
is necessary, either as a product supply level, sales capacity, academic
or general understanding
Have an entrepreneurial ambition
Be a team player
Have stock control experience, this is desirable but not essential
Possess excellent communication skills
Have a desire to learn new skills
