    Duties

    • To support the  busy stores, purchasing and production
      environment
    • Responsible for purchasing goods from approved
      suppliers
    • Negotiating with suppliers and making
      arrangements

    • Booking goods in and out of stock, stock control

    • Processing of paperwork and communicating with
      other departments and suppliers

    • Arrange movement and delivery of goods within
      the required time scales

    • Must be computer literate, email, word, excel,
      Pegasus opera purchase order & stock processing system

    • raising purchase orders

    • filing and record keeping

    • communicating with suppliers via telephone and
      email

    • good organisational skills

    • committed to complete tasks
