Title: UK Territory Sales Administrator

Reporting
to: Business Development Director

General Description

A newly created role reporting to the
Business Development Director, the Sales Administrator will provide the support
and cover necessary to allow our UK business to build on an excellent 2016.

Main Responsibilities

  • To provide a professional and
           friendly response to all incoming enquiries by phone or email.
  • To maintain contact with existing and
           potential customers
  • To prepare quotations and proposals
           to agreed formats on behalf of, and subject to approval by, the BDD.
  • To deal with after sales and spares
           enquiries in a pleasant and professional ,manner.
  • To manage email campaigns and distribution
           of  promotional material
  • To assist in market research and
           contact data base management.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Commercial, hardworking and friendly.
  • Experience is less important than
           skills and attitude.
  • Having some administrative experience.
  • Driven by success
